At Dekoraj Mart, we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds processed.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • The item was delivered in a compromised condition (e.g., torn fertilizer bags, leaking agrochemicals).

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used fertilizers

  • Opened agrochemicals or pesticides

  • Seeds with broken seal packaging

  • Animal feeds once opened

  • Perishable agricultural products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)

4. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All labels and seals must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Photographic evidence may be required before approval.

Dekoraj Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Submit photo evidence (if required).

  4. Wait for return approval instructions.

  5. Once approved, arrange for pickup or drop-off as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • If payment was made via bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the provided bank account.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was from Dekoraj Mart.

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer product replacement instead of a refund where:

  • The product is defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Stock is available for exchange.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours.

  • Do not use the product.

  • Provide photo evidence.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment, for a full refund.

  • After shipment, cancellation may attract logistics charges.

  • Custom bulk B2B orders may not be cancellable once processing has begun.

10. Bulk & B2B Orders

For bulk purchases:

  • Returns are subject to the contractual agreement.

  • Inspection may be required before acceptance.

  • Restocking fees may apply where applicable.

11. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect address was provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
